Outreach Services

Our Outreach services are run in conjunction with a number of local organisations and are designed to provide additional one-to-one support to those that need it most.

These sessions focus on providing free, impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues, including benefits, debt, housing, employment and energy. 

We run weekly drop-in sessions at:

Dumyat Centre, Menstrie, Monday, 11am - 1pm

Cochrane Hall, Alva, Monday, 2 - 4pm 

The Hive, Dollar, Tuesday, 1 - 4pm 

Bruce Lounge, Clackmannan, Wednesday, 12 - 2pm

Civic Centre, Tullibody, Thursday, 1 - 4pm

In addition, appointments with our advisers are available at the following locations:

Yorkshire Building Society, Tuesday (appointments available at either 10am, 11am or 12 noon)

We also accept referrals for Home Visits. This is for housebound individuals who cannot attend the drop in sessions at the Main Office or the above Outreach settings.
